The Short Form
Fully transferable. Three years parts and labor on all products, except JG Junior which as a one year warranty. One year on circuit boards and circuit board components. One year on any off-spec items such as "B-stock" or "factory seconds".
The Long Form
WHITENTON INDUSTRIES, INC. ("Juice Goose") warrants as its only warranty that its products shall display freedom from defects in material and workmanship when operated in normal circumstances, subject to instructions and warnings listed in this product’s Owner’s Manual, for a period of three (3) years (1 year for JG Junior, circuit board components and B-Stock) from the date of manufacture as evidenced by the serial number tag affixed to the product. If during this period the product should exhibit a defect Whitenton Industries will at its discretion repair or replace the unit in question. This warranty is transferable to a repurchaser during this warranty period. Under the terms of this warranty the warranty holder is responsible for paying costs incurred to return the unit in question to Whitenton Industries or its designated repair facility. Whitenton Industries shall pay the cost to return the unit to the warranty holder, within North America, using normal ground delivery service.
Under no circumstances shall Whitenton Industries or anyone else involved in the design, production or distribution of this product be held liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential charges that are in any way associated with the use of this product. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No agent or employee of Whitenton Industries is authorized or capable of modifying this warranty. This warranty statement is valid without endorsement or acknowledgement by the warranty holder
